Serviced August 2026, Swiss made automatic movement, excellent orange dial, applied markers, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, signed crown, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.
Hamilton introduced the Dateline line in 1963 and produced them in various versions through the 1970's. This example is the Dateline A-596 model and comes with a Swiss (ETA) made automatic 822 caliber movement, which can also be hand wound. The orange dial is in excellent condition with no patina. The applied silver markers are facetted and are also in excellent condition. The paint for the Hamilton script and selfwinding branding is excellent. Hamilton 'H' logo is applied. The original silver hands were relumed during service. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new, unworn genuine leather strap. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 822 automatic movement was fully serviced August 2026 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 8 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel and on the case back.
Lugs - Integrated lugs are in excellent condition with no major defects.
Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during service August 2026.
Hands - Original with light patina. Relumed during service.
Dial - Excellent original orange dial. Applied silver tone markers. Painted Hamilton script, selfwinding branding, and minute and second track. Paint on the dial is excellent. Applied Hamilton H logo. Relumed during service.
Strap - Unworn genuine leather black two piece strap with silver tone buckle.
Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton automatic caliber 822, 17 jewels, hand winds. Fully serviced August 2026. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
