1973 Hamilton Auto Date Dorchester

Serviced December 2019, day and date complication, Swiss made automatic movement, quick set date, hacks, near mint black dial with applied hour markers and painted minute track. Hand polished stainless steel case with minor dings, stainless steel screw down case back, original stainless steel bracelet, NOS acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

Made from 1973 and 1974, the Hamilton Auto Date Dorchester comes with a Swiss made Hamilton caliber 826 automatic movement. The watch features a near mint condition black dial with applied silver hour markers with painted white accents and orange and white painted minute track. The quick set day and date window is at 6 o'clock, adding to the outstanding 70's styling. The NOS domed acrylic crystal was installed during service December 2019. The stainless steel case and bezel have been hand polished and shows some scratching with noticeable dings on the bezel at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions. The bracelet is the original vintage stainless steel link bracelet with a signed Hamilton bracelet. The 826 caliber automatic day/date movement was serviced December 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 16 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case with some scratching. Small dings at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions Stainless steel screw down case back has some scratching.

Lugs - Integrated lugs in excellent condition.

Crystal - NOS low domed acrylic crystal installed during December 2019 service.

Hands - Appear to be original. Extremely light patina.

Dial - Original, near mint condition dial. Black field, applied hour markers, painted minute markers and track. Paint on the dial is in mint condition.

Bracelet - Original Hamilton stainless steel link bracelet with signed clasp made by Drema. Bracelet is currently sized for a 7.25 inch wrist with several micro adjust holes available.

Movement - Swiss made Hamilton caliber 826, day/date, automatic, 17 jewels. Fully serviced December 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
