1973 Hamilton Auto Date Condor

Serviced March 2020, Swiss made automatic movement, mint radially finished silver dial with applied hour markers, painted minute track. Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, unworn genuine leather strap, signed crown, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

The Hamilton Auto Date Condor was made for just two years in 1973 and 1974. This watch comes with a Swiss made (ETA) Hamilton caliber 826 automatic movement with quick set day/date at the 3 o'clock. The watch features a mint condition radially brushed silver dial with applied hour markers and a black painted minute track. The applied hour markers feature a painted black detail. The hand set appears to be original with very light patina developing. The paint for the Hamilton 'H', Hamilton name, and selfwiding branding is in mint condition. The low domed acrylic crystal was polished clean and clear of any major defects during service in March 2020. The stainless steel case has been hand polished with some very fine scratches evident. The crown is signed. The watch comes ready to wear on an unworn black genuine leather two piece strap and silver toned buckle. The 826 caliber automatic also hand winds and was serviced March 2020 and is running strong and currently performing at +/- 15 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case with some very fine scratches. Stainless steel screw down case back. The crown is signed with the Hamilton 'H' logo.

Lugs - In excellent condition with fine scratching.

Crystal - Low domed acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of any major defects.

Hands - Appear to be original with light patina and black painted accents.

Dial - Original, mint condition dial. Radially bushed with applied hour markers with black painted accents. Painted Hamilton "H" logo, painted minute track, and painted 'selfwinding' branding. Paint on the dial is in mint condition.

Band - Unworn genuine leather black two piece strap with silver tone buckle.

Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton caliber 826, automatic with hand winding, 17 jewels. Fully serviced March 2020. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
