Serviced November 2022, Swiss made manual wind movement, quick set day and date, excellent original red dial, applied markers, painted minutes track, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, NOS acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.
The Hamilton Day N' Date ST-5501 was made for just two years in 1972 and 1973. This watch comes with a Swiss (ETA) made manual wind caliber 800 movement. The original red dial is in excellent condition with little to no patina evident. The applied silver markers with white accents at the 8 and 9 o'clock positions have some damage, but the other are in excellent condition. The paint for the Hamilton logo and branding is in excellent condition. The original silver hands with white accents are excellent with little to no patina. The watch is ready to wear on an unworn black genuine leather two piece strap with silver tone buckle. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 800 manual wind movement was fully serviced November 2022 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 14 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel and on the case back.
Lugs - Lugs are in excellent condition with no major defects. Some light scratching.
Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during service in November 2022.
Hands - Appear to be original with light patina developing.
Dial - Excellent original red dial. Applied silver tone markers with white painted accents. The 8 and 9 o'clock markers show some damage. Painted Hamilton logo, branding, and minute track.
Strap - Brand new two piece black genuine leather strap with silver tone buckle.
Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton manual wind caliber 800, 17 jewels. Fully serviced November 2022. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
