1972 Hamilton Dateline A-592

Serviced March 2022, Swiss made automatic movement, excellent silver dial, applied markers, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, NOS acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

Hamilton introduced the Dateline line in 1963 and produced them in various versions through the 1970's. This particular Dateline is the A-592 model and comes with a Swiss (ETA) made automatic 820 caliber movement, which can also be hand wound. The silver dial is in excellent condition with no patina visible. The applied silver markers with black accents are in excellent condition. The paint for the Hamilton logo and selfwinding branding is in mint condition. The original silver hands with black accents are very good with light patina. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new genuine leather strap. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 820 automatic movement was fully serviced March 2022 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 14 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel and on the case back.

Lugs - Lugs are in excellent condition with no major defects. Some light scratching.

Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during service in March 2022.

Hands - Appear to be original with light patina.

Dial - Excellent original silver dial with sunburst finish. Applied silver tone markers with black painted accents. Painted Hamilton, selfwinding branding, and minute and second track. Paint on the dial is in mint condition. Applied Hamilton H logo.

Strap - Unworn genuine leather croc print black two piece strap with silver tone buckle.

Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton automatic caliber 820, 17 jewels, hand winds. Fully serviced March 2022. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
