1972 Hamilton Accumatic A-512
Serviced December 2022, Swiss made automatic movement, excellent silver sunburst dial with embossed numerals and painted minute track. Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, unworn genuine leather strap, NOS acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring, signed crown.
Hamilton introduced the Accumatic line in 1956 and produced them in various versions through 1972. In 1973, the 'Accumatic' branding was dropped from the model names but the letter and number designation remained. The Accumatic A-512 was introduced in 1972 and was made through 1974. This watch comes with a Swiss made (ETA) Hamilton caliber 818 automatic movement with 17 jewels. The watch features an excellent silver sunburst finished dial with embossed black numerals. The painted minute track is excellent. The black painted hands appear to be original with no patina evident. A NOS domed acrylic crystal was installed during service. The stainless steel case has been hand polished with fine scratches evident. The watch comes ready to wear on an unworn black genuine leather two piece strap with a stainless steel buckle and contrasting stitching. The 818 caliber automatic also hand winds and was serviced December 2022 and is running strong and currently performing at +/- 19 seconds per day.

Lugs - In excellent condition with fine scratching.
Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during December 2022 service.

Dial - Original, excellent condition dial. Sunburst silver finish with embossed numerals. Painted Hamilton logo, Hamilton and 'selfwinding' branding, and minute track. Paint on the dial is in mint condition.
Band - Unworn genuine leather black two piece strap with stainless steel buckle.
Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton caliber 818, automatic with hand winding, 17 jewels. Fully serviced December 2022. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
