1964 Hamilton M 69-2

Serviced November 2018, Swiss made manual wind movement, excellent silver dial with silvered applies markers, polished stainless steel one piece case, vintage Lenox stainless steel expansion bracelet, signed Hamilton crown, acrylic crystal.

Hamilton M-series watches were a sperate line from the regular models and were primarily marketed in the 1960's through catalogs. This particular watch retailed for $69 in 1964, and was the second watch at that price, therefor was called the M69-2. The radially finished silver dial on this example is in excellent condition with light patina between 2 and 3. The painted Hamilton logo is excellent, there is some slight fading of the minute track near the 6 o'clock. The watch is ready to wear on a vintage Lenox expansion bracelet in stainless steel. The Swiss made 688 manual wind movement was serviced November 2018 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 12 seconds per day.
