1961 Hamilton Accumatic A-575 Calendar

Serviced January 2019, Swiss made automatic movement, date at the 3 o'clock, good spiral textured dial with silver perimeter, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, stainless steel expansion bracelet, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

Made for just one year in 1961, the Hamilton Accumatic A-575 Calendar watch comes with a Swiss (ETA) made automatic 692 caliber movement, with the date at the 3 o'clock. The dial is textured with a 'record' finish with concentric circles and a silver perimeter under the painted minute track. The dial has some light patina visible. The applied silver numerals and markers are excellent. The paint for the Hamilton logo, automatic branding, and minute track is in very good condition. The silver hands are good, with patina visible. The watch is ready to wear on a vintage stainless steel expansion bracelet, but also looks great on a leather strap. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 692 automatic movement was fully serviced January 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 18 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Virtually no scratching on case, very minor scratching on the case back.

Lugs - In excellent condition. Very crisp edges.

Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of any major defects.

Hands - Appear to be original with patina developing. The lume appears to be original and no longer glows.

Dial - Textured with concentric circles, sometime referred to as a "record" dial. Applied silver tone numerals and markers. Painted Hamilton and 'H' logo. Painted minute track. Paint on the dial is in very good condition.

Bracelet - Vintage stainless steel expansion bracelet. Ultrasonically cleaned and ready to wear.

Movement - Swiss made Hamilton automatic caliber 692, 17 jewels. Date complication at the 3 o'clock position. Fully serviced January 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
