Made for two years in 1972 and 1973, the Hamilton Dateline TM-5904 watch comes with a Swiss made automatic 629 caliber movement with a micro rotor. Hamilton began producing the Thin-o-Matic line of watches in 1959, the Dateline series in 1963, and combined the two design philosophies in 1970 to produce the Dateline TM line of thin watches with a date complication. The silver dial on this example features a light linen texture. The applied silver markers with light blue accents are excellent. The paint for the Hamilton logo, the 'H' logo, and the Thin-o-Matic branding is excellent, as is the minute track. The original matte black painted hands are excellent. The dial and hands have both been relumed during service. The one piece stainless steel case has been hand polished and has some light scratching. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new, unworn black leather strap. The Swiss made 17 jewel caliber 629 automatic movement was fully serviced December 2025 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 14 seconds per day.

Dial - Silver linen textured dial. Applied silver tone markers with blue painted accents. Painted Hamilton, 'H' logo, and script Thin-o-Matic branding. Paint on the dial is in excellent condition. Hour pips relumed during service.
Band - Unworn black genuine leather strap with silver tone buckle.
Movement - Swiss made Hamilton automatic caliber 629, 17 jewels, micro rotor. Fully serviced December 2025. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
