1957 Hamilton Viking

Serviced November 2018, good silver dial with honest patina, polished 10k rolled gold case, stainless steel two piece screw down case back, vintage 10k GF gold Kreisler expansion bracelet.

Hamilton produced the Viking for four years from 1957 through 1960. The dial on this example is silver with visible patina. It is original and has gold applied numerals and markers and what appear to be original hands. The paint for the Hamilton logo is in fair condition. The Swiss made caliber 671 movement was serviced November 2018 and is running strong and currently performing at +/- 56 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished 10k rolled gold bezel and stainless steel case back. Some minor scratches on the bezel.

Lugs - Some minor wear on the lug tips on the reverse.

Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished. Some pitting visible on close inspection.

Hands - Appear to be original with patina.

Dial - Silver dial, gold applied numerals and markers. Patina across dial, mostly around the numerals and markers. The paint for the Hamilton logo is in fair condition with slight fading.

Bracelet - Vintage 10k gold filled Kreisler expansion bracelet with stainless steel bottom caps.

Movement - Swiss made caliber 671, manual wind, 17 jewels. Alloy 'lifetime' mainspring. The movement was fully serviced November 2018. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
