1957 Hamilton Kinematic I

1957 Hamilton Kinematic I

Serviced November 2018, Swiss made automatic movement, excellent silver/white dial with gold applied hour markers and light patina. Very minor blemishes in the acrylic crystal. Comes on unworn lizard print leather strap.

Made for three years beginning in 1957, the Hamilton Kinematic I was not produced in great quantities and can be hard to find good examples. The satin finished silver dial on this watch is in excellent condition with some light patina, especially around the 4, 5, and 6 o'clock markers. The paint for the Hamilton logo and automatic text is excellent. The gold applied markers are likewise in excellent condition. The watch is ready to wear on a genuine leather, tan lizard print strap with gold tone buckle. The original unsigned crown is recessed into the case, giving the watch a sleek and classy look. While on the smaller size by today's standards, this was one of Hamilton's largest watches in the late 1950's. The Swiss made 672 caliber automatic movement was serviced November 2018 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 11 seconds per day.
