1957 Hamilton Jason B

Serviced March 2019, Swiss made manual wind movement, excellent white dial, hand polished stainless steel case, acrylic crystal, vintage stainless expansion bracelet, alloy mainspring.

Produced for just two years in 1957 and 1958, the Hamilton Jason comes with a Swiss (ETA) made manual wind 671 caliber movement. The white dial is excellent with some light patina. It appears that the dial has been refinished at some point in the watch's history. The applied numerals are excellent, as is the pearlized minute track. The paint for the curved Hamilton branding is excellent. The original silver hands show some light patina with the patinaed lume still present. The watch is ready to wear on a stainless steel Speidel expansion bracelet. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 671 manual movement was fully serviced March 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 32 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel and on the case back.

Lugs - Lugs are in excellent condition with no major defects. Some light scratching.

Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during service in March 2019.

Hands - Appear to be original with light patina developing. Lume is present but no longer glows.

Dial - Excellent white dial. Light patina, applied silver tone numerals and pearlized minute track. Painted Hamilton branding.

Bracelet - Stainless steel Speidel expansion bracelet. Some scratching consistent with age.

Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton manual wind caliber 671, 17 jewels. Fully serviced March 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
