1955 Hamilton Trent

Serviced May 2019, very good original black dial with 14k gold applied numerals and markers, polished 10k gold filled bezel, stainless steel case back. Gently worn black genuine leather strap, alloy mainspring, acrylic crystal.

Made between 1955 and 1969, the Trent features an American made 770 caliber manual mind movement with 22 jewels. The black dial has little to no patina but have a few hairline scratches. The painted sub second track and Hamilton logo are excellent. The applied hour markers and numerals are gold. The hands appear to be original and are in good condition with light patina. There is no plate wear evident on the hand polished bezel or lugs. The watch comes ready to wear on a vintage, gently worn genuine leather two piece strap with gold tone buckle. The 770 manual wind movement was serviced May 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 32 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished 10k gold filled bezel, stainless steel case back. There is no visible plate wear on the case but some light scratching.

Lugs - No plate wear on the lugs, including on the edges and tips.

Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of any major defects.

Hands - Appear to be original with light patina.

Dial - Original black dial with 14k applied gold numerals and markers. This dial was offered by Hamilton as an alternate to the silver quadrant dial version. There is no patina evident, but some light scratching. Paint on the dial is in excellent condition.

Band - Lightly worn genuine leather black two piece strap with gold tone buckle.

Movement - American made Hamilton caliber 770, manual wind, 22 jewels. Serviced May 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
