1955 Hamilton K-402

Serviced June 2020, Swiss made automatic wind movement, excellent black dial with embossed hour markers and numerals, textured outer track, pearlized minute track. Hand polished 10k gold filled bezel and case back, unworn genuine leather strap, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

Made from 1955 through 1957, the Hamilton K-402 comes with a Swiss made Hamilton caliber 661 automatic wind movement. The watch features an excellent black dial with embossed gold numerals and markers. The dial features a textured outer field and a pearlized inner minute track. There is light patina across the dial. The hands appear to be original and have patina. The 10k gold filled case has been hand polished and shows some minor scratching. There is plate wear on the tips of the lugs. The watch comes ready to wear on an unworn genuine leather croc print two piece black strap with gold tone buckle. The 661 caliber automatic wind movement was serviced June 2020 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 28 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished 10k gold filled bezel and screw down case back. Fine scratching evident.

Lugs - Plate wear evident on the tips of the lugs.

Crystal - Domed acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of major defects during service.

Hands - Appear to be original with some patina.

Dial - Original, excellent condition dial. Black dial with embossed gold numerals and markers. Textured outer field, pearlized minute track. Patina across the dial.

Band - unworn genuine leather croc print two piece black strap with gold tone buckle.

Movement - Swiss made Hamilton caliber 661, automatic, 17 jewels. Fully serviced June 2020. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
