Serviced October 2023, American made manual wind movement, good sterling silver dial with 18k gold applied hour dots and numerals. Hand polished 10k gold filled bezel, stainless steel case back, brand new genuine leather brown lizard print strap with gold tone buckle, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.
Made from 1955 through 1957, the Hamilton Baxter was a larger watch for the time. This watch comes with an American made Hamilton caliber 747 manual wind movement. The watch features a good sterling silver dial with applied 18k gold numerals and dots. There is honest patina across the dial. The paint for the Hamilton branding, hour markers, and sub seconds crosshairs is excellent. The acrylic crystal has been polished clean and clear of any major defects. The 10k gold filled bezel has been hand polished and shows some fine scratching. Minor plate wear on back tips of the lugs. The stainless steel case back has fine scratching. The watch comes ready to wear on an unworn genuine leather brown lizard print strap with gold tone buckle. The 747 caliber manual wind movement was serviced October 2023 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 25 seconds per day.

Lugs - In very good condition with some plate wear on the reverse side of the tips.
Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear during October 2023 service.
Hands - Appear to be original with very light patina.
Dial - Original, good condition dial. Sterling silver dial with applied 18k gold numerals and dots. Patina across the dial. Paint in excellent condition.
Band - Unworn genuine leather brown croc two piece strap.
Movement - American made Hamilton caliber 747, manual, 17 jewels. Fully serviced October 2023. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
