1951 Hamilton Jeffrey

1951 Hamilton Jeffrey

Serviced June 2023, excellent silver dial with 18k gold applied numerals, polished 10k gold filled case, unworn genuine leather strap, thick mineral glass crystal, NOS alloy mainspring.

The Hamilton Jeffrey was made for three years beginning in 1951. The watch comes with an American made, manual wind caliber 980 movement. The serial number on the movement indicates the movement was made in 1950, meaning that this watch was one of the first to be produced. The watch features an excellent two tone silver dial with 18k gold applied numerals. There is little to no patina on the dial. The paint for the Hamilton logo, sub seconds track, and minute track is in excellent condition. The 10k gold filled case has been hand polished and features drilled lugs. The watch comes ready to wear on a brand new, unworn brown genuine leather two piece strap with gold tone buckle and contrasting stitching. The 980 manual wind movement was serviced June 2023 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 12 seconds per day.
