1950 Hamilton Milton

Vintage 1950 Hamilton MILTON Watch - 14k GF, 19j, Manual Wind, Serviced July 2018

Hamilton produced the Milton from 1948 through 1952. The serial number stamped on the 982 caliber movement indicates this watch was made in 1950. The silver dial is original and has solid 18k gold applied numerals and what appear to be original hands. The movement was serviced July 2018 and is running well and keeping excellent time.

Case - Hand polished 14k gold filled. Some scratches visible on the back. Some minor wear on the corners near the lugs. There are watch makers service marks inside the case back.

Lugs - There is some wear through on the top of one of the lugs. Drilled lug holes to make changing the strap very easy. This watch looks great on a leather strap!

Crystal - Fresh NOS mineral glass crystal installed July 2018.

Hands - In excellent shape with some very light patina on the small seconds hand.

Dial - Silver dial, 18k solid gold applied markers. Light patina on the dial with the minute and sub seconds track paint in good condition.

Bracelet - Vintage Speidel expansion bracelet in excellent condition.

Movement - Hamilton 982, manual wind. Serviced July 2018. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
