Made only in 1965, the Accumatic A-603 is a clean, minimal automatic from Hamilton's Accumatic family, powered by the caliber 689 with 17 jewels. The case is 10K yellow rolled gold plate in a round shape, and the white dial runs with a sweep seconds hand and applied gold dot indices, no numerals at all. The Accumatic line was Hamilton's core automatic offering through the 1960s, and the A-603 represents the quieter, more restrained end of that spectrum.
A white dial with nothing but applied gold dots and a sweep hand is a look that can age beautifully or poorly depending on how the watch was stored. Dial condition is everything here: look closely for lifting or separation at the applied markers, and check the white surface for yellowing or staining, which is common on white dials from this era.
